So from October until a few weeks ago I was staying with an
awesome glass artist in Seattle (I designed her
other website while staying with her - though it's still in progress). Not only did I learn a lot about working with glass, but I visited some amazing places in Seattle.

| At the public library in downtown Seattle, they have a section in the middle of the library that you access by descending into a what looks like a mouth :) |
 |
| Once you enter the "mouth", this is the what the hallways look like. The rest of the library is not quite this unusual, but still cool! |
 |
| Pike Place Market is a busy, daily market full of art and produce, but one of the best parts is the gum wall. Parts of the wall are covered several inches thick, 15 feet high for 50 feet! This picture is just a little portion. I like the gum oozing off the window sill :) |
Next time, more about the section of Seattle I stayed in - Ballard.
